Part of the Nairobi urban regeneration plan, Suna Estate combines low cost housing with a Stall Mall. 700 units of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units are planned on five 15 storey blocks. The Stall Mall is designed to accommodate 3000 stalls based on the popular Kenyan ‘exhibition’ stall model.
