Established in 2007 with a vision to change the architectural landscape of the region by doing designs that are human scaled, pragmatic, apt for their context and a work of art.

We believe in creating holistic environments -treating both the exterior and interior of the built environment as one. Hence our two-fold emphasis on architecture and interior architecture. We want to create environments that are a pleasure to be in. We do diverse building typologies from bespoke residential houses to multi-unit housing estates, hotels, lodges, apartments, hospitals, commercial buildings, go-downs, schools and religious buildings. We are familiar with East Africa and the region, having done projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Djibouti.

ARCHITECTURE

Through the very first strike of a pen, do we strive to communicate the process of design, from paper to the actual building. In every step of the construction process, we retain the client’s perspective of the dream project by engaging them in each critical decision in both design and construction. We are visionaries of our time, we see the project until it comes to life.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Bringing a space to life requires a special skill: from picking the right colour to making the room pop, the correct choice of textures to scale and give character to it and not forgetting the quality of light among other aspects that elevate the interior composition. This is a taste of what our team is experienced in; transforming our clients’ dreams into reality.

MASTER PLANNING

Walking to your nearest shop, school, hospital from your house should take you roughly 15 mins, right? In addition to that, who would really say no to a tranquil environment where you can take these walks engulfed in a series of boulevards or cycle while listening to the birds chirping. As we plan your neighborhood we consider the users’ experience, putting in mind each and every encounter they will get right from their doorstep. We draw this from the everyday activities, lifestyles culture that the users indulge in.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Without proper strategic mechanisms as well a team that understands the methodology of successful delivery to a project, more often than not will the client experience losses after heavy investment in terms of finances, labour, energy, and even emotion. We work as a team to advise on the relevant topics that affect a project, from the inception stage to the point of handing over, the relevant consultants to work with, prospective financiers of the project as well as the ideal project to generate income and profit. On the ground, we conduct regular site visits while overseeing that all operations on the ground take place effectively and efficiently.
