The project is part of the Tilisi development. 45 acres have been earmarked for developing mid range housing units on 1/8th, ¼ and ½ acre plots. The master plan for the housing zone is based on the successful cluster planning concept developed at Phenom Park. There are 9 different typologies of different sizes that have been developed. A total of 180 units will be built in the first phase
